Red flags in a job interview

Have you ever left the job interview feeling that something is just not right? Have doubts about joining that company? High chances are you’ve spotted some red flags.

Keep in mind that the recruitment process is a two-way street. It’s not only about the company hiring the right person, but also a great opportunity for you to learn more about them before you say “yes” to their job offer.

Questions to ask in a job interview

Questions to ask in a job interview

You may already know from my 2 previous articles: “How to prepare for a technical interview (and “live coding” part) for a Software Engineer role?” and “Interview preparation checklist” how crucial it is to have your questions ready – thanks to this you not only show your interest but also learn about things that are important for YOU.

Hopefully, you can be better prepared and avoid some of the things I’ve experienced.
