Hi and thanks for stopping by! My name is Ela Mościcka and I've been in the tech industry for more than 10 years.

During that time I've helped hundreds of people break into the tech industry, change careers, and land jobs in top tech companies.

I'm currently working as a Software Engineer at Microsoft.
