Hi and thanks for stopping by! My name is Ela Mościcka and I've been in the tech industry since 2011.

I'm bringing unique knowledge, skillset, and expertise by combining two worlds: tech recruitment and software engineering.

As a Software Engineer at the "Microsoft Teams" team, I work on a product that is being used by more than 250 million monthly active users. My primary area of responsibility (and something I'm passionate about) is E2E tests and Accessibility.

Before the career change, I was one of the top Talent Sourcers at the Microsoft EMEA Engineering Recruitment team where I specialized in building new Software Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams as well as growing existing ones.
