Hi and thanks for stopping by! My name is Ela Mościcka and I've been in the tech industry for more than 12 years.

I'm bringing unique knowledge, skillset, and expertise by combining two worlds: tech recruitment and software engineering.

As a Software Engineer at the "Microsoft Teams" team, I work on a product that is being used by more than 250 million monthly active users. My primary area of responsibility (and something I'm passionate about) is E2E tests and Accessibility.
